NOW IS THE TIME LADIES TO SPRUCE UP YOUR ARM CANDY …

I’ve been styling both women and men for over 15 years and it always surprises me when the significant others don’t match their ladies. I don’t mean litearlly “matching” but rather look like they have fashionably evolved together in the same era!

With the holidays in less than 3 weeks, trust me this is a good time to refresh your guys look!
As a matter of fact, this look is a good one to start with! Comment links!

Let me break it down…

This is what your guys needs to look MODERN at the very least:

1. A great pair of DARK jeans is CRUCIAL for starters!!
He’ll wear these to dinner or an event in place of trousers. These jeans should not be too skinny & tight but also not baggy & unflattering. Your guy may say he”already has so many jeans” but if they’re not the right pair of denim, let me have at him😛

2. A few accessories like a great belt or two! I favor a Feragamo belt for guys.

*Also, this may be controversial but make him tuck in his shirt even if it’s a t-shirt. The untuck look is not cool. Sorry guys, it makes you look like you’re trying hard to look cool but it actually screams “middle aged man” 😬 sorry it’s true, take a que from the chic Italian men!

3. If he doesn’t want to to wear a dress shirt, no problem try a knit or sweater hoodie! I love hoodies with blazers or even with a suede or leather jacket.

4. Boots. Think rugged with either a lug sole or something that reads strong and manly. A sleek slip-on boot also works!

1- You’ll need an extra large square silk scarf (about 36x36) and a chunky gold chain necklace. Pull one corner over the top of the chain necklace. Pull it down so that it’s secure and won’t come undone. Next, tie the 2 corners around your back in a knot. Next, tuck in or leave the corner out.

2. You’ll need a soft ornament and safety pin. Add the ornament to a lapel, sweater or sweatshirt. Secure with a safety pin on the inside of garment.

3. Add bling rhinestone items to a simple black outfit with cocktail ring, belt, or on a clutch.

“WHAT TO WEAR” … ALL of us literally must make this decision everyday (unless you live in a nudist colony🫣)

Here’s a tip to make that decision easier … own several good quality pieces of solid black items. Vary the fabrics and textures such as faux leather with cashmere or velvet with silk, you get the idea. Now you can mix and match and make several more outfits on the fly!
